Improve Your Practice and Performance (All instruments, all levels.)
Michele Gourley will lead this session, which was well received at Nutmeg.

When you’re playing on stage – or in front of friends – do you feel self-conscious? If you miss a note, do you stop playing or apologize? Do you long to be more comfortable or confident when you play in front of others? Does learning new songs seem more laborious than it should be? Come find some approaches to help overcome these obstacles, and discover simple ways to get out of your own way to be a better performer and improve your practice.
