Registration & Class Selection

Festival Dates: Friday-Saturday, October 17-18, 2025

1. [You've already done this.] Please submit a separate registration form for each person, using the name of that person. Since workshop signups are part of the registration form this year, we need to know who is going to which workshops. Multiple people with the same email address are okay.
2. [You've already done this.] Below, on this page, choose a registration type: Full Festival, Friday-Only, or Saturday-Only ... and click that button. 
3. In the left-hand column, choose "Adult" or "Student" and add that to your cart.
4. In the right-hand column, for each period, choose what workshops you want, and add each one to your card. Workshops will be capped at approximately 30 students.
5. Also in the right-hand column, select any Saturday meal options you want. These are additional cost.
6. Please check your shopping cart carefully before submitting. Your cart should contain 1 item for your registration PLUS 1 item for each class you're taking. Please make sure they're all there. Make sure no item has a Quantity of 2 or more. It's much easier to prevent errors than to fix them afterward.
7. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart page, click the "Next Step" button. That will take you to the page where you fill in the name of the attendee and additional information on an "Enter Address" page.
8. At the bottom of the "Enter Address" page, click the "Next Step" button, and that will take you to a Payment page. You can pay with an ordinary credit or debit card or a Paypal account. You don't need to have a Paypal account.
9. After that, we'll send you all of the information you need.
10. Advance registration will close on Friday, October 17, at 9:00 AM. After that, We'll be at the festival, so only on-site registrations can be accepted.
